nah it was slow movin traffic. i was gettin annoyed. so i tuk my seatbelt off to stretch for a bit untik the traffic got movin. just had to come accross some cops at that time.... pfftt

i do usually wear my belt

deni it unless u was caught on camera.

it worked for me i took it to court said i was wearing my seatbelt and they dropped the fine.

GC - unless you have a medical reason not to wear your belt or you were performing a reversing maneuvre, you must have your belt on - no way round it. Sorry.

paul - it was a volvo t5, they have cams in them. i didnt ask for the footage, but im assuming theyve got it. And i dont really want to go to court, then find out they do have footage, meaning i have to pay court fees on top. Bit risky.

yup i was plannin to. just wondering.

coz not long ago i heard on here, if you send them a cheque for £30.01 they dont accept it, some kinda loophole ?

There is a way, but involves lying in court, its a bit risky and if you get caught then you will be prosecuted for purjury (sp)

It's only 30 sheets, just pay it man!

like i said for the nth time, yes i know its only 30 sheets, yes i AM going to pay it, NO im not crying about it.... but i read a post earlier in the year regarding this, so just curious as there was a way around it. its not guna ruin my life if theres not

so stop makin a mountain out of a molehill, certain wankstains on here tend to do that a lot.
