I don't actually work in Customer Services by the way, I work in a different team, but for some reason emails sent to Customer Services as a group get sent to us as well...

Hence why when they have 'fun' days we get about 200+ emails a day with raffle ticket results, answers to trivia questions, etc.

BTW Jamie - I think there's a pic of the loud one on our network, I'll try and find it, and post it up later.

Ian - she's the Customer Services manager as well!
