what type of gloves do you use when weight training, im sick of sweaty palms and blisters

I dont use them m8, ditched them years ago! they are for noobs.

as for sweaty palms i dont have this problem but a few of the deadlift dans in my gym will use chalk.

Regarding blisters is all part of the package, hardcore boy! hardcore!

urinate into a bowl then leave ure hands to soak in it, will toughen up your skin a treat

yes strap your wrists up, all manner of wrists supports on the market.

otherwise integrate some forearm exercises and wrist curls into your routine to strengthen them.

try not to use straps on heavy exercises unless you have to, everyone i know that deadlifts, rows without straps have large forearms, i think that is trying to say something.

My mate in work who is a big big gym head dead lifts 220 kilo's for 3 with no straps at the minute he's mid cycle

Yes i saw it, didnt think it was sick though. Although all the females showed masculisation from steroids. Unfortunately to compete at that level they dont have a choice.

Obviously you saw the jaw lines, and the deepened voices on some of them as well as bad acne. If your going to use male hormones then its gonna happen.

Still they are pretty damn impressive, and there are only about 20 women in the world at that standard.

Dont use gloves either they just make your hands smell, hard patches of skin and blisters are all part of training.

As for wrists/forearms- wrist curls and reverse grip barbell curls have worked for me.

As a girly who hates hard skin on my palms, I bought a pair of cycling gloves and they do the job fine. Leather palm grips are good and they wash well

disagree with all above.

no belt,no straps, no wraps, NO gloves! use chalk. Develope a stronger core youll be fine. all above produce weaknesses
