got an e-mail from a guy, what do u peeps think to this??

Hello,
How are you doing today? i am writing in regards the 1998 BMW 3 SERIES 328i 2dr Convertible you got for sale.I have gone through the informations you have provided about the car in the site.
However,i will be glad to get more pictures along with a good report on its present condition if there is anymore.
I will like you to know that i am not in the UK at the moment,so i intend paying through a certified cheque which is going to be sent to you by a client friend of mine who is in the UK.
The cheque that will be sent to you would be issued in excess of the amount of your car, where by you will send the excess funds to my agent for the shipping of the car as soon as the cheque clears in your bank account,so that he can come for the pick up of the car.
I will like to know if this terms are okay with you as this is the best way i can have the car bought as i am in amsterdam now.
If you are okay by the terms,i will like you to send me some details so i can get the cheque sent out to you.
I will need : full name to be written on cheque, address where the cheque is to be sent, and your direct phone number where i can reach you.
Please be sure that i am doing this with the utmost trust and honesty...you can reach me directly on my mobile number...07031844805

er sure its a scam something like you cash the cheque and it shows up all legit in ya bank account, they take car and all seems great, until there funds declinde as it takes a while to transfer the money and the money backs out of your account and your short a car, if it was me i would go along with it get the cheque then burn it n keep telling them your going to do it n piss them off, n if it is legit then at least it would be funny.

but ask ya self this if it was legit why on gods earth would some one send you more money then you want, specially to a stranger.

saw this on tv a while back, they take your car and the cheque bounces. By this time the car is abroad and you cant do jack about it.
And i beleive you can get charged for the cheque bouncing aswell.
