He was right, under the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976 you cannot run a 'Lottery' where people dont need any skill to win the prize.
But there is no regulations on competitions where it takes a bit of skill. So I am now requesting a tie-breaker with each purchase where they have to think of a new slogan for the site. We will draw 5 names and then choose the best slogan from these 5 and they will win.
So now its all legal

Oh right, so all of a sudden when you are wrong you arent bothered. But before when you were trying to prove I wasnt who I said I was you seemed fairly bothered!
And you might want to get your facts right...I didnt come on here shouting my mouth off about who my dad is, how rich I am, or anything like that. Infact in five years of being on here it is the first time Ive mentioned anything about it. I made the claim as John was questioning if I knew what I was doing business wise, and to show I did I told him that I and people around me have ALOT of experience in business. I didnt push the fact until you tried to say I was lying.
Now thankyou for keeping this topic at the top of the forum, and I couldnt care less if I copied someone elses idea...thats business and if you do ever go into it then get used to your ides being taken by someone else.

And as Ive said to you in the past...all of business is taking someones idea and expanding on it. Its what Ive done, and its what millions of other successful business people have done in the past and will continue to do.

- Offering a 100k prize
- Offering 50k to charity
