Seems to be loads of people ill at the minute, I had to take yesterday off as a holiday, I did have a runny nose but interestingly no sore throat etc  I had a crazy weekend  just for a change

Steve if I remember correctly you go to te gym, do they have a steam room?
Thats what I do when i have a cold, steamroom then sauna and sweat it out
