left in his blazer jacket whilst out doing pe (wrong i know but he is only young)

Worst thing is he cant even tell the headmaster as they are banned from school, he needs it travelling home late at night on the bus on his own.

Our school used to get you to put your valuables, including mobiles which were banned, into a safe box which was then locked while you had PE

forget "your not allowed" yes he has broke a rule in school but somebody has broken the LAW???

he should have said something to the teacher, it'd be better to get a detention or a telling off and to get the phone back than to not even try.

but 10 years ago kids still had to get buses by themselves etc and they didnt have mobiles.

Theives are getting younger these days

We had a safe box as well but i never trusted putting it in there, even though they are banned the school will still expect them to be brought in
