Right, ive been having some problems with my girls corsa. Thought id see if any of you veterans could throw some light on the problem!
Its an old 94 1.2ls 8v corsa. It was running perfectly, she stopped it for 30mins went shopping, came back and it wouldnt start again!
It turns over fine, plenty of juice in battery, starter motor etc. Its just getting no spark to the plugs. Ive changed the ignition coil, distributor cap, rotor arm, leads etc. and still nothing. When i turn the ignition to the on position (without turning it over) the coil throws off one spark, when i turn the engine over no sparks at all. Im completely baffled as to what it could be. She loves her little car, but im close to binning the thing!
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Okay, would it be likely that an earth would suddenly come loose, break etc?? As far as power getting to the coil, it sends a current upon igniton, when trying to turn it over, nothing at all. Like it sends out a signal and throws one back telling it not to do anything else
