just 'sold as seen' all you need..

and well if it's just a deposit something about date when rest of cash is due, and amount..

I'd imagine all you need is something like:

Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 16v, [reg no.]
Sold as seen to [buyers name] by [sellers name]
On [date]
For the amount of[cash/cheque amount]
Signed [seller and buyer signatures]

And as Mav says when the rest, if any, will be paid up. Yes? And you both keep a copy.

Yep, that's all you have to put. Thats what the contract was when i bought my corsa.
