As above! £15 all you can eat tonight! Naturally I want to make sure I eat more than £15 worth of food but from experience, which is the best way to go about this?

Sit with your back pushed into your chair, and your stomach out forward... i.e. don't 'slump'
It helps the food go down better (or so I've been told)

I say take your time this afternoon and plan the strategy - make sure you have it all in writing so that you can follow it word for word.

I hope you are not planning on eating lunch.

Enter the Chinese early in full elasticated combat gear, take your seat and ask the waiter for a jug of iced tap water and a glass with a straw.

Size up the buffet and get a small starter - do NOT get carried away when breaking in the buffet!! Eat this and then you will feel more hungry.

Take a sip of water and a 2 minute rest.

Revisit buffet and launch a 'Shock & Awe' tactic upon it - decimate all that you can leaving a path of destruction behind you.

Take slow but sensual sips on the water throughout ensuring that your throat is clear and food is washed to the base of your stomach.

Repeat this as many times as possible until the buffet closes and they have to roll you onto the pavement.

Mission accomplished - Chinese owned and takings are down for the evening.

If you are really good they might even ban you.
