use a gunsons pressure blleding system as well. £15 from halfords, one of the best tools ive ever bought.

er.. i did actually so tight that i had trouble getting the lid of the MC back off......
the funny bit was when fuild started p1ssing out of it i couldnt get the air line off my spare wheel was a right faulty towers moment 
might give it another go later if i can find all the parts for it...
yay waste another litre of fluid

i did have a prob with the mc hissing, but the kit comes with pads to fit inside the lid that gives you a good seal.
