hi everyone...before i get ribbed too much...
been going out with my gf for six months at the weekend, how much would people think about spending and what sort of thing would you buy? We are really into each other and gonig away to a hotel for the weekend.
Sensible comments only please!

i wasnt gonna get anything for my girl on her 6 months but then she got me a bracelet so i quickly ran and got her a ring  didnt fit though

i just took mine out for a meal and paid for it, get her some flowers as well if u want, mine was over the moon cant go wrong then.

Had only been with g/f for 3 months when she turned 23, i booked us a weekend (friday-sunday) in Paris costing £550  , well worth it though

6 months hey! seems like such a long time doesnt it! Been with my bf for 9yrs in november! Dont even remember back to 6 months anymore! Not that we did anything about it anyway, managed a weekend in blackpool for 1 year, dont think we've bothered since, i'm not big on anniversaries really!
As for the present, if you're brave enough buy her undies! Something reasonably priced, from a proper knicker shop like La senza. Make sure its pretty & sexy & NOT slutty! Also, do ur research & get the right size!
Or get her some jewellry & give her it over a nice meal at the hotel. Not a ring though, rings are best kept for special things like engagements or important birthdays (i got one with my birthstone in for my 21st and i love it). Something like a charm bracelet with a heart shaped charm & the promise of different charms to mark every special occassion in your lives together, or a pendant with both your names or initials engraved on the back. Its not about how much you spend, its little personal touches that make it special, well I think so anyway.

Get her a nice pair of earings and some nice underwear from La senza as mentioned above.
Its reasonbly priced there aswell, they also put them in a nice box and looks propper expensive
get a card and put something like.
I know its only our 6month anniversary, but i just want to tell you that these past 6months have been the best of my life, and this wouldnt of been possible without you.
Something along those lines. and belive me mate, you will get some good sex
Deff get her something though. all the above will cost less than £200. whats that for the person you love ??
