Really a best man speech should be from you not looking on websites because you should know him well enough to talk about him
Just say anything embarassing he has done thats what usually the best man speech is about and get some childhood photos of him or something

Yeah I had a good book that took you through everything you were 'meant to do'.
The speech is pretty nerve-racking when you stand up and loads of camcorders turn round and point at you

i went to a weddin in july an the best man had got all his gags off internet sites so seemed a bit cheesy, i was best man for me bro last month an wrote my speech the day before and it went down a storm ,couldnt believe how well it was recieved!i was pretty pissed by the time i did it tho!
