Basically I can move into my room in halls on Saturday, any time between 9am and 4pm... Can do the same on Sunday and Monday... Basically nothing much is happening until Monday and Tuesday when we get our NUS cards e.t.c...
Was wondering what people in similar situations have done in the past. I was considering taking all my stuff up and then going back on Sunday or Monday...

get there as early as possible and settle in before stuff starts happening, also 1st dibs on ladies

yeh go on sat... or maybe I went on sun? not sure... I remember going out on sunday night though and town was dead!! 
Jealous of bloody 1st years. Seriously ed mate your gonna have such a good laugh, knowing what your like you'll have no problems settling in and be having jokes a plenty... well at least until coursework / exams come round

Yeah, go as early as you can, scope out the bars, find out what nights are on, and what offers the bars are sorting out.

yeh I checked and I actually went on sunday...
was very cool and good fun... freshers was ace.
Just had the father of one of the girls across the road knock on the door asking if I can sort her laptop for her before she goes to uni ... getting the wireless etc to work properly
What he wants me to do exactly? I have no idea...?
I just said - bring it over I'll have a look.

I'm moving to Coventry to go to Uni! Got a 7 hour drive tomorrow then move in on Saturday! Can't wait to get settled and go out on the sauce!
