they put the radiators back on today

walking into our department is nuts.. its like that same feeling you get stepping off an air conditioned plane when you land in Florida (or somewhere as hot/muggy)

its nasty.. got all the doors and windows open, also got our big fans on to try and keep everything and everyone cool...

i dont like this

We have no air con or anything in our office so it's always boiling here. But they are starting the refurbishment shortly, just heard it's costing £1,000,000

Why is it in the summer the shops are too cold, and when you go back outside you feel far too hot...

Yet when you go shopping in the winter, with jumpers and coats on etc, the shops are around 50 degrees inside?

Can't really complain here though -- building climate seems pretty much the same all year round.

In schools and hospitals and other council buildings they don't have thremostats, the councils just have button to turn the heating on and off. THey turn it on on a set day of the year and turn it off another.. It's really really silly
