normally i eat/consume 3 pieces of fruit

today im being uber good

Apple
Orange
Peach
Banana
Strawberries/BlueBerries (got a wee pot full of em)

i also add into the mix 60g of unsalted normal run of the mill Almonds they nice and very filling

normally pineapple, grapes and melon pieces

almonds r ace u shud keep a bowl on ure desk - eat them throughout the day and u won't be hungry

i had my first piece of fruit in ages yesterday. It was an apple and the start of my healthy eating lifestyle.

i eat loads of fruit.... apples, strawberrys, cherrys, grapes, oranges, pinapple, bananas, coconut, nectareens are the main fruitsi eat
