Just played for the first time in 2 years and was knackered after about 5 minutes (forgot how much hard work it is ) Can anyone suggest any fitness training that will help with high intensity stuff like 5 a side?

Say for beginners...a couple of miles every other day...then as you find that easier and easier step up the pace and the distance...maybe go for one each day...

chatting to a friend about this in the pub, he said, the nearest Block to you (streets, house's sort of block) thats number one, the block next to that is block2 (where we live its like this) and do a routine of 11,22,33,44,5,1
