skimping again i see as adam says get the sbd ones... about £90 but you will NEVER have to replaces them again... plus theres no point fitting arps and uped rev limits without changing to the sbd rollers.... well unless you wanna be changing 16 bent valves when one of the nilon rollers lets go

my mam though i was going potty cooking car parts... its just to expand the outer sleeve so that the inner baring will fit... then when they cool there nice and tight... takes 10 mins... then they just bolts to the engine like the normal ones

my SBD rollers, the bearings in them went, so needed replacing. so they dont last FOREVER, just longer than the standard ones

Yeah but if an SDB roller bearing goes it wont cause the belt to slip/break etc, it will just need replacing, if a GM one goes it goes with a bang tacking ya top end with it. SDB ones can rev safely up to 9000rpm+

its like the std rod bolts, they will take 9000rpm, just everyone seems to believe the hype that they wont. the rod would go before the rod bolt anyway.
gm stuff is good in my opinion if real gm and not pattern copies
