Phone is a 6230, card is 32mb, whats the best way of recovering data? I'm assuming card reader although what is this format called? MMC reader seems to encompass many different types of card.
Also need a replacement card if anyone has one lying about they're not using due to upgrade etc.

Card reader is the best way, its an MMC card. The reader I have does both MMC & SD.
I have a std 32mb memory card lying about, was from a 6600 but It'll do the job

Card reader is the best option, or do what i did and use the SD slot on my pocket pc, then transfer from there to PC, as SD slot can read MMC

Ian I got a mmc/sd card off ebay for about 2 quid.
USB just comes up as a removeble HDD.
I use it for my 6600

This is what I use as well whenever I have a Nokia phone with an MMC card in it.
