got puredance radio on.. windows open and later when there is something good on TV i will bring the telly in too

i love fridays, always a quiet one for me

and its "dress down day" too, so jeans and t-shirt for me yo!

i am mate.. i have dead good all week (well except the chinese last night)

i only really do this once a week.. am loosing weight fine n dandy, cos i have cut the amount of food i eat, plus the excercise and weights.. its working well mate
