its a 1.4 16v, cos its pissin water all over place. and will this fit u reckon?
also im prob gettin xe in soon so would tht rad be sufficient?

Easy job, take an hour max but dont rush incase u damage the fins no the new rad. No real tips except remember to reconnect the fan.

Look for a diesel one if your getting an XE. Though this one will be fine if you can't find one.

OK OK thanks for help guys. So its def tht one above for a 1.4 16v, just checking before I order.
Is it basically take fan off old rad remove hoses and unbolt?

then u have to bleed all the new water through and make sure there is no air locks in the hoses !!

only hard part is getting the fan off if the bolts dont undo and spin inside the plastic bit

also how do u remove air locks in hose jacko?

I normally leave the plug open, start the car with a hose in the header tank. Gets a constant flow of water running thu. Squeezing the hoses a bit helps.
