Im using a Motorola HS801 with a sharp GX25, now i can make a call no problem, i can hear them and they can hear me, but when i get a call i can answer using the headset but the caller cant hear me and i cant hear the caller, what am i doing wrong or is the headset fecked!

on the headset you should have an answer feature or button use that and see how you get on.
