Well just had the car on the rollers and the run was cancelled..

Running 2 much boost.. was reading about 20psi
actuator is a little shagged.. so on the lookout for another one..
they cancelled at 4000rpm they didnt wana take chances.. plus i had a leaky waterhose...

so at 4000rpm it was 190bhp at the wheels so approx 210bhp at the flywheel.. said the actuator was positioned that the turbo would come into play about 3500rpm and thats when the graph goes straight up.. but said it pulled strong and i should be looking at good figures once i have a new one so back in a few weeks to get a full power run and set up


Gutted but i know what i need to do now..

Why didn't you borrow a 10mm spanner and wind the boost down?

slight leak on a water pipe, they didnt want to run it a 2nd time... im looking for an actuator the now... reccomend any tim? phase2...

sounds like an easy fix, 190bhp aint to shy though, specially as it aint running right

whats the deal with them -30 actuators?? what sort of boost can they hold?

Nah there are -31 and -34, though -34 is overkill even for a big power cossie IIRC

lol if urs is running 20 psi stevew's thunder corsa tried holding 25 psi twice ove rthe weekend
