no this one has 440lb/ft, you are thinking of the V10 Diesel, this is a W12 Petrol

420ps actually  and on the rollers they have being seeing descrepencies in the power output of upto 50 bhp upwards.. 420 is the minimun they have seem...
the V10 tdi diesel touaregs and phaetons have 750Nm of torque, and that is limited so not to destroy the gearbox 
W12 touaregs arent available through in the uk tho  which is a shame coz the pheaton W12 goes like split shit the touareg is lighter and would be more rediculous than the V10
