right then seeing as both my 1.8T and mini have gone i thought i would spend a couple of grand on the TDI.so i have bought these little goodies

a set of 19" Lenso CF rims


a GTI anniversary bodykit


and a set of FK coilovers

should be all done with in a few months

danny yeah i know sounds like a good weekend.

fastevoboy yeah it's very tidy and the best thing is i got it for 4k trade in at work 1 owner with full history and chipped to 148bhp

why a diesel, regardless of looks they will always have that sound causing a burden

because when you fly by someone on the motorway in a wake of torque, and they cant keep up, and you still doing 58mpg, the smugness factor will get you over the noise

i learned to drive in the new golf 1.9 tdi, it was quick but i would personally stick to petrol. Back to topic

thats it mate i always said never getting a diesel but the modern ones are so quick nowadays there getting better than petrol models
