You need at least two colours - otherwise the whole image will just be a big square black box?

On Paint Shop Pro, you can decrease colour depth to 2 bit (2 colours - black and white), not sure where the option is on PS?

if you want just the lines, then you'll need to use the magic wand, select each section of colour and delete it - though you will have to adjust the amount of feather as you go, and use the eraser to touch bits up

i need each individual band member cropped, then all colour taken from each person so all that im left with is the outline of the person, which can be enlarged (quite big) then traced over

if u get me

eitherway, if you have PS then surely you can do it yourself - just follow what i said earlier, should take you about an hour or so to get it done really well
