yeah got out of hospital...still in pain, broken foot, broken ribs, lungs are better, alot of bruising. Guy is up in court next month

Kieran is fine and my bruising / cuts etc going away too, still off work though due to pain in shoulder/ chest.. karen will be off for about 8 weeks.

me too

only have to appear if he pleads 'not guilty' which i can't see happening unless he is a dum ass mofo...So many witnesses etc...

dunno never seen him before, don't think i would reconise him if i seen him now..I will try and find out when he's in court and go and watch..

you do get these ppl that do it all the time and think nothing will ever happen to them...

He better get a custodial sentence but the laws an arse sometime...

cheers, getting a hire car today until claim sorted too.....

worries me sometimes that could be over limit on the odd occasion in the morning...I try not to drink much if i know i am driving 1st thing in morning...

You may 'feel' alright to drive, but the alcohol is probably already affecting you, slowing your reactions down.

Also, an interesting factor is that the Police can still arrest you if you are below the legal drink drive limit, but they suspect that you are unfit to drive through alcohol consumption...
