As above, got my mot next week and finally decided it would be helpful to mount the ecu somewhere out of the way of my right foot!

Where are your ecu's mounted?

How is that possible?

I have had a good look around there and it seems that all the relays get in the way!

deffo goes in there i dont htink the XE ecu is any bigger than a sport?

its not that its bigger, its just fatter, mine just fits back in but the cover doesnt sit on right at all. ive seen some people trim the bolt hole bits off the ecu to make it slimmer.

problem i found was i was limited as to where it could go due to the way the wiring harness wanted to sit

Mine has gone where it should be, the relay is tucked away somewhere else

neatly packed behind the brake pedal, can be scary sometimes but you get used to not having to rely on them all the time.

Tied up under the fuse box. Can't go behind the footwell panel as the electronic power steering controller is there on my car...
