been ill for last few days so i decided to have the day off just to end up with my director on the fone givin me loads of greif for not turnin in he spoke to my like crap is there owt i can do about it coz i aint takin him talkin to me like that i just fell like goin to the office an givin him a good old kickin..

well he rang me an sed wat the fcuk u playin at this aint good enuf i expect u to be in work everyday so i told him to stop talkin to me like crap an he said ill talk to you how ever i want to then hung up an me an ive got a hand posted letter now for a meetin wit him tonight at 6

and he's gonna think you're real ill if you kick him around isn't he. you could also say goodbye to a reference he might have given ya too! dont shoot ya self in the foot mate just go and see what he has to say. Why on earth do they want to have a meeting with you?

If you followed the companys procedure then whats the problem? if you called in when you were supposed too and your manager was fine then why has the company director been involved?

I suggest you call and speak to the director, ask why he wants to speak to you when you are off sick.

Also call the doctors and pay for a sick note, or at least get to the doctors.

If you've been speaking to the director like you have been on here then he will probably want to see you because your attitude sucks....

Why cant they ring you?

You are self certified for 7 days and most doctors will nto write you a note until the 8th day.
