just unscrew the 2 torx bolts and spray some carb cleaner on it then wipe it. need to do mine soon really... might aswell clean round the whole throttle body while yer there, again with some carb spray

probly ok to if you're gentle, and dont leave any fluff behind. I guess the perfect way is 2 use carb spray then use compressed air to dry it and blow off whats left of the muck, available from maplins for 4.99 a can

had a go today, my damned torx screwdriver wont fit in there, anyone got any other ideas what i can use to clean it, I did the throttle body area etc, seems to have helped a little

to clean the icv properly u really do need 2 take it out. a torx allen key should fit in there, between £5-10 for a small draper set.
