i keep drinking loads of water (about 10+ cups a day)
got my 3 sandwiches and a banana for lunch (in about 30mins)
but i know i will still be hungry after lunch... but i gotta cut back on the food cos that will help my weight loss..
god why am i so lame

Probably due to the carb filled breakfast you had, and the fact the sandwiches and banana will be full of carbs too. Hence your body will crave more carbs later.
Use Brown bread on your sandwiches as it'll be a slower release of energy and try oats in the morning (with no sugar).
If you effectively went on a Atkins style diet (no carbs at all) you would find you no longer feel hungry. Carb's are like a drug, you crave something to give you a energy boost - say a chocolate bar! you have it, then for 20 mins your good - but then your body craves more carbs!

If you find you get hungry more then try eating often but little amounts or eat fruit when you feel hungry between meals like carrot sticks or drink water

i wanna try and get down to around 15% i think.. (thats healthy for a lad my size)
also from now on im gonna get up early in the morning to go joggin/xtrainer before going to work.. 30mins in the morning then have breakfast and shower..
was reading in MH mag that doing that burns off the fat not just what you ate throughout the day
will give it a go for the rest of the week
