Take the old engine, then mount the new one and wire in.... simple

you can get the whole conversion kit from several places which basically contains everything you need...except the engine ofcourse

u do on the nova, but i believe the corsa shell is stronger so can take the extra power.

only weak point on corsas is chasis legs onto the front panel, allegedly anyway.
