whats the catch with them?
Mates just bought a 2000 W - Golf TDi black 5 door. 1 owner. 130k mileage. for £3200 . its all normal, RHD, mph clocks etc etc. cant tell the difference at all.
whats the disadvantages of havin an import car?
does this make your insurance premium higher?

Depends really...........you can get greys which have no transferable warranty and are specced to the country of origin or you can get parrallels where the warranty and servicing etc carries over and they can be ordered to any spec ie, UK
As far as insurance goes, greys are more but parrallels are the same!!!
Hope that helps
