More like a shopping list at the mo! probably missed some bits.....

Bottom end:

Full new Gasket set
Machined to take 87mm pistons
Forged 87mm pistons with a compression ratio of 8/8.5 :1
'Cooling Mod' carried out
Steel conrods
ARP rod bolts
SBD heavy duty main bearing
SBD heavy duty big end bearings
New main bearing cap bolts
Steel Flywheel
Helix Paddle clutch
Courtney ally bottom pully
New Aux belt
New Flywheel bolts

Lubrication:

SBD inner steel gear for oil pump
New outer gear for oil pump
SBD nylon pressure relief valve
Mocal Oil cooler and pipe work
New oil filter

Top end:

Cometic steel head gasket
Head stud conversion
Full new gasket set
Xe inlet and exhaust cams
Veriner pullies
SBD metal idler pullies
New cambelt and tensioner
New dizzy
New Plugs
Magnecore leads
Vmax top hat

Turbo and exhaust:

New turbo and manfold kit (comes with tubular manifold, larger turbo, external wastegate, fixings etc)
Full 3" exhaust system from turbo back with screamer pipe
Larger FMIC with 2.5" pipe work
Induction kit of some description (enclosed)

Fueling:

550cc injectors
Bosch 053 fuel pump
Webber adjustable fuel pressure reg
new fuel filter

Cooling:

New larger radiator
New cool running thermostat
New water pump
Twin Pacet fans

Managment:

Omex ECU - With launch control and anti lag
Matching loom ( enables running without Air flow meter and amal valve)
New Coolant temp sensor
New MAP sensor
New Crank position sensor
New Lambda probe
New Knock sensor
Water injection system

Others bits im considering..

Even bigger injectors
Lightened and balance bottom end
Ported and polished head
bigger valves
Custom inlet using either a cossie inlet or throttle bodies
NOS

Hoping to run 2 bar and an 8000 rev limit, maybe more, depends on how well everything goes.. fingers crossed it will be at PVS next year

its not like its going into a corsa or anything

its for the calibra.. 300ish brake got a little boring, and fried the clutch and flywheel..

yes, but i miss fast cars, and its definately going together..

thats a good 5k spec there after labour on machining parts!!

also a better quaffe transfer box should be order

if it goes over £5k i will be surprised tbh.. however i've not priced things up properly yet

was never aware quaife did tx boxes for the callys..

mattb - kinda pretty much the same spec as mine. i have v-max evo 6 cams and loony head work, but bottom end is the same. good spec. it will amaze you with all the bottom end being made from proper parts and the rediculous weight of the flywheel how quick the engine revs up.

im extremely impressed by mine. even more so as i put it all together.

them sbd heavy duty bearings are just turbo diesel ones by the way
