I am thinking of buying one of these. What are they like, they OK?

Anyone know where I can get a new one cheaply? I found that Orange sell them for £89.99 on PAYG but no-one else seems to.

Don't suppose anyone here can get them cheaper or is selling one second hand that works etc.?
