C20XE Engine, seen a turbo kit inc turbo,intercooler,manifold £1000? or THB Kit?

No point buying a turbo kit might as well just buy a LET tbh Its so much hassle in the sense you have to tap an oil feed for the turbo in the block, uprate pistons, gasket, and then other ancilleries such as loom ECu and air flow meter all add up.

TB's are great for a drivable car but very expensive way of getting bhp/£

depends what your driving style is too?

TB's sound good, think i may look in to them later on Talking to Ice Man he has them Jenvy,but there is also Omex SBD and Aldon do the Alpha ones

I would love Icemans car i so would the Whole TB and engine setup looks mint. Bet it goes well too, But i cant really afford it and i would really like to have ago myself, Even if it does take me ages


From A standard C20xe (150Bhp) car what does the TB setup gain? 30BHP? say a bost up to 180Bhp? and what about the 0-60/1-100 Times?

buy a c20let engine, then put throttle bodies onto that. have both

can get a brand new LET from vaux for the megre price of £2000

this includes a £500 surcharge, see if you can join a trade club, you may be able to get it even cheaper.
