Just got to work out how I can get out ASAP.
Its a two week process. Today was the first consultation. second one next week and then they announce it on the 23rd.

Yes but do you get a redundancy cheque from where u are now? I.E. i'd get 1 months wages for every year i've been here if I were to be made redundant

yeah, when i was made redundant, i got naff all for 4yrs service, its alot less than most people think

im 21. The most they can offer is 1 and a half weeks pay @ a max of £280 a week.

I know they don't have to but that's the policy where I work (massive company though), I know it's true as I can read about it on our intranet and some lad I used to work with got nearly £20k for 12 years.
