My mate in work who is training eats 6 egg whites a morning then eats tuna/plain chicken breast about 6 times a day, he also drinks a couple of protein drinks and is currently loaded up on steds well he's just had 8 weeks off

Yeah i have protein drinks too, but they're only a supplement to my diet. I get the majority of nutrients from whole foods.

if you want a big steak goto a Hungry Horse restaurant. I went to a beefeater once and the biggest they do is 10-12oz, i wanted 20oz so had to pay for 2 meals
Hungry Horse do a 10oz for £5.99 and a 20oz for £9.99 :d
