One of my good mates had been acting really strange for a while, yesterday he went to hospital and has been diagnosed with manic depression. Ive had a look on some websites about it all but not found too much about what you can do to help, if there is anything? Does anybody know much about it or known people with it before?

Just want to know if theres anything I can do for him.

Cheers

All you can do is be his friend, let him know that you will be there for him if he ever needs you.

Bipolar affective disorder

Speaking from experience not very nice to suffer with and as people have said the person suffering needs 101% support and understanding
