looking for a pc for around £500 with a 17" tft screen....i know its gonna be hard to find...but does anyone have any links or can anyone build me one?! lol

dont need an os cos i have xp pro on disc

your going to struggle with 500 quid and getting a tft in there - a decent 17" will sent you back around 200, so it leaves you about 300 quid. Tbh you could get a barton system for that i suppose, but it wouldnt be anything special.

I bought a Dell with the following specs for £316 delivered

Celeron D 2.9GHz
1GB RAM
DVD/CD Re-Writer Combo Drive
15" TFT
80 GB Hard drive

I know Dell isn't to everyones liking but its a brilliant internet pc

I also chucked an old geforce 2 pci graphics card in for some basic game playing

in which case mate, you can get a decent barton system for less than 300 quid Just load it up on ram if your doing photoshopping
