was just chatting with a user... shes was saying that she had logged a call and wanted to complain that nothing had been done about it..

so i asked her who she spoke to.. she said "Bert"...WTF??? so i said are you sure his name was Bert... yes she goes..

i said you sure it wasnt Earny

she didnt get it, which made it even more funny...

sorry but i gotta get my entertainment somewhere

I love users. I have a mixture here in the office. Some are happy to do a few things under instruction and others just run a mile if i just ask then to press the start key. I've one women who nearly has a heart attack if i just ask her to move the mouse cusor!
