ive opened up an account and tried to register a credit card, but its been declined etc, phone paypal, who advised to speak with card provider, which i did, and they confirmed all my details are correct on my c/c

ive not maxed out the card, and ive checked all details are correct on paypal, but it keeps gettin declined!!

anyone had this prob? if so where do i turn now?

ive tried a diff card too, but same prob!
