look at the car its nice, ie. NOT A CHAV CAR, so putting neons on doesnt make him a chav ! people with boring looking fast cars are starting to spoil this site, its just a light... how can it make him a scally?

Its personal preference. Theres different areas of modification, neons and things like that are generally associated with chavs trying to 'pimp' there ride. Only people consider such mods as a pointless means to get unnecessary attention because 'chavs' can't afford more expensive, quicker or rarer cars. If you want neons thats down to you and no one should get stereotyped a chav for it. Each to there own

lol, just think about it, the blue corsa in the pic with the neons is a very nice car. labelling him a chav for adding neons to it is stupid ! just because chavs copy the cheaper things we do, doesnt mean we should stop ! (im talkin about in general, not just neons) youll start sayin changing gear knobs and shit is being a "chav" soon, the term is being used wat too loosely ! no chavs are going to come on cs ! unless they robbed a pc

Chav terms do tend to be used loosely, it could be construed as being 'chavy' as neons are dreadfully tacky, just like chavs themselves.
That aside, neons are just plain awful, there is no justification for them, they are truly pointless and nasty mod and I can think of only 2 lighting mods that are worse or on par with these. LED washer jets or 'w4nker lights' as they are often called and also Lexarse lights.
The ultimate in bolt on shit for your cars. It's these 3 that are basically a pre-request for ALL McDonalds racers.
