This months Max power mentioned a vxr 1.6 turbo corsa will come out in 18 months time at around 14k!
Anyone got anymore info on this?

Vauxhall WILL be launching a VXR model next year all being well.
Nothing has been said as to what engine it will have, although as per VXR traits, it will more than likely be a turbo.
They are also introducing a Meriva VXR.

VXR corsa isn't going to be released until the next facelift i.e: Corsa D
bet it uses a 2.0 turbo most hot hatches are 2.0 now

OK so there wasnt even a free gift of any use, but I had to buy it as a girl I know was in it. She had told me she was kissing another girl!!! Had to buy it for that alone. It would seem though that she lied! She is on the last page under the cruise babes section looking mighty fine. Kloe btw, and Ive had her jump on me and put her legs around me - You're all jealous I know.

My cousins aunts nephew told me it would be a 2.6 turbo with an m button.
Press the m button and it gives you 100 extra bhp from a turbanator

if it is gona be a 2l turb then vaux will have 2 sort the handling out as the astra vxr's handling looked adventurous on top gear last nite and was the downside to a top engine.

this has been discussed in the relevant Top Gear thread, and people agreed that it is highly unlikely you would do that sort of stuff on public roads, i reckon a softer approach round that track would have got it faster than the Megane. Dont forget its 240bhp through the front wheels, will have the same problems as the Alfa 147 GTA
