But if you do have a problem with them, getting hold of them is a real pain!

They also use ShittyLink as one of their major couriers, so make sure you're in with a 30ft sign outside your house with your address on it.

I agree. If you are happy with the order than yay.

I had placed an order, but item was out of stock, and they didnt expect anymore in. Week later item suddenly comes into stock and im charged for it even though I no longer required it. Getting in touch was near impossible. I kept the item in the end as I couldnt be arsed trying to get my money back

Just wondered as I'm possibly gonna order a laptop from there so it's not just gonna be a packet of discs.
I've had stuff come with Shittylink before Tim and although it's not as good as Royal Mail because you have to wait another day to get it or cancel it and wait another day to pick it up from their depot it got here ok in the end after I stayed in for two days. Which wasn't bad tbh as I got a couple of days of college with a genuine reason

I'd never had a problem until last week.. Not so much a problem as such though, I ordered a £20 power supply and recieved a £200 graphics card.
Anyway I've ordered about £10000 of stuff for me and customers, and its all been good.
