Got a problem in outlook. Have spent ages sifting through support articles and cant find anything.

Basically have a user who gets the following message when he clicks on his contacts. "unable to display folder". Now this only happens on his machine, if he logs onto another pc then his contacts display fine.

I have removed/readded his profile. Done an office repair, done a full office uninstall/reinstall and applied service packs etc.

Any ideas?

get rid of it and see what happens. Probably unlikely to fix the problem but Outlook will create another anyway.
