Er. HT leads are silicone. Paint don't take kindly to flexing, nor does it actually stick to silicone so you'll have a bit of a problem there... But yea, you could paint them if you really wanted to.

if you want to make them look good get some cable cover (got 10 meters of it on my engine:lol
its sold on e-bay as 'split loom cover' 1.50 per meter.
