yes. Just use MS Word Template. It's self-explanatory, all u need to put in is where you worked and what you did

I need to do a cv just incase so it's always ready. I've forgot half the training courses i've been on etc

I'd say use the template and then dick about with it for a good two or three hours.
To be honest CV's need fine tuning depending on each job you apply for.

I need to gather all my shit together and write one, i'm just too lazy. Got my half yearly review on monday though, pay rise very much on the cards been a while with disciplinary etc
