asking for me mum....
it displays that she has missed calls but she has nowhere to retrieve who it was! its not under dialled numbers etc and also she doesnt have anywhere to put in her answerphone number assigned to speed dial one!
anyone know whats up with it? its her work phone so she needs it sorted asap!!

Missed Calls is Menu > Call Log > Missed Calls. If this feature is broke then you can dial *#147# then send and it will display the last caller number and time.
Voice mail is Menu > Messages > Voice Messages > Voice Mailbox number
The voice mail speed dial is usually always set to Number 1. Hold 1. and see if it asks for the number to be entered. This is dependent on which network. Vodafone is 121, O2 is 901 etc...

there is no missed calls menu and the code doesnt work either....when u hold down 1 it doesnt call anything, she also doesnt have a voice messages menu either! lol
