jesus, im really frighteningly unfit wasnt to bad, out for about 20mins, some big hills, few jumps, mostly out in the countryside, nearly crashed into a cow as you do

Got back home and my legs collapsed under me, fell into a fucking bush, lucky nobody saw, probably would of just thought i was pissed anyway

I got vids of my expedition on my bike.

Fooking hard aiming my fone and steering with one hand.

Good to get out for a ride aint it! Theres nowhere like that over here anywhere, but over my mums, theres loadsa woods and fields to ride about it, here its just flat fields!

Do you mean Shaw Hill golf club or Duxburry? That church is about 1/2 a mile down the A6 from shaw hill, which is about 2 miles from Chorley.

FPMSL im so unfit too have been going out a wee bit into the bush, but its hard going round here came home and fell down the stairs because my legs were like jelly
